Managing proprietor Morgan built and opened Morgan’s Restaurant & Cellar 1998 fulfilling a dream.
On the foundations of a nineteen century colonial mansion she created this unique restaurant using her talent and yearlong experience as an interior designer, while Red Seal Executive Chef Peter McGeown helped creating San Jose’s finest menu items. The team redefined the culinary landscape of Los Cabos dramatically after launching the restaurant’s Classic Mediterranean Grill concept 11 years ago, combining superb food with eccentric while classy old world aesthetics and ambience. The restaurant has been a landmark ever since.
Picture a historic elegant retreat in the Tuscan countryside where days conclude with glowing wood burning grill’s and hearty meals, and you have the essence of Morgan’s.
The heart and soul of our classic cuisine is the Mesquite Grill as well as our original Tuscan Forno Oven, where distinctly Mediterranean-inspired entrees are built by chef Peter exquisitely around grilled meats-lamb and pork chops, rib-eye steaks, Prime Ribs – as well as some of the finest local fish and seafood.
Each plate is a masterpiece of bold flavor and superb texture, waiting to be perfectly paired by our Sommelier from our extensive wine list.
The signature breads and pastries of Morgan’s Restaurant and Cellar are baked fresh daily. Morgan is very committed to supporting local farmers and fishermen and she has scoured the area to ensure the restaurant receives the best organic vegetables available.
