     Silviano developed his talent over the years, working for hotel brands like Meliá, Solmar and lately, Baja Cantina Restaurants as former Executive Chef. He worked in other Mexican destinations as well; Puerto Vallarta, Manzanillo and Puerto Peñasco just to mention a few.
