After 5 years of staggering success with their first Restaurant Morgan’s Restaurant & Cellar, the dynamic entrepreneurial duo Morgan and Peter were ready for a new challenge. Opening Morgan’s Encore their goal was to offer to individuals and groups a second fine dining restaurant with a distinctively new fusion concept.

Morgan’s Restaurant & Cellar being the livelier Grill, Morgan’s Encore is consistently voted the most romantic restaurant in Los Cabos, offering an intimate candlelight atmosphere for dinner. Multi-leveled terraces, a curving staircase descending to a large bar set center stage, covered patio dining and private dining rooms offer a view of Peter and his staff in the copper clad designer kitchens.

At Morgan’s Encore Chef Peter’s International Fusion cuisine builds its strength on a solid Mediterranean base, while infusing culinary techniques and flavors from the New American and Mexican Cuisine, which makes for sensual and creative signature dishes that are both remarkably addictive and healthy, as all food is made to order using the supreme organic produce available from local farms.

Morgan’s Encore heart beats strongest for seafood, with a focus on delicacies from the oceans surrounding Los Cabos, the Pacific as well as the Sea of Cortez. You will find Pacific Red Lobster, Giant Baja Scallops and local White Sea Bass in addition to an array of hand-cut meats, home made Pastas and fresh shellfish. All the dishes are presented with passion as colors and shapes jumping off the plate, featuring exciting exuberant flavors and textures.

A generously varied wine list accompanies the menu, offering a wide selection of wines from all corners of the world by the glass as well as bottle.
