Professional Wedding Vendor Selection
Assist you in deciding with the best selection of professional wedding vendors to fit your style and budget, and help you to book them for your event. We connect you with professional vendors that have repeatedly shown the qualities needed for a hassle free event. We will help you review all contracts made with each vendor. Set appointments for you to meet vendors. Organize a time line with each vendor and review directions to event location with each. We will manage all calls and questions from vendors and obtain all information needed by you or the vendor.
Wedding Rehearsal
We will design ceremony format with bride and groom. Set up rehearsal time with ceremony location. Inform each member of bridal party of Date, Time and Location. Guide you through the wedding line up and procession.
Wedding Execution and Management
Oversee and assist with setup and decor of ceremony. Organize music and entry cues with entertainment and photography vendors. Assist with guest seating. See that bridal party and family are in place knowing each ones part. Keep bride informed of progress of event. Organize procession of bridal party and bride, cue entries. Gather family and bridal party for photos after ceremony. Assist and direct guests to cocktail hour or reception. This service in invaluable to our brides and parents. It enables all involved to relax and enjoy the event they have spent so much time planning. Without the stress and worry for all the details, everyone is comfortable and free to have a great time.
We will create a time line and schedule of events for your Wedding or Theme Event, (Weddings – Covers complete schedule for the day, arrival of bridal party, dressing time, pre photo time for each group, vendor arrival and setup times, ceremony, post photo time, complete reception from receiving of guests’ to last dance.) * (Theme Events – Covers complete schedule of the day, order and timing of vendor arrival, setup, meal, raffles, games, awards, presentations, etc.). After printing and review copies will be made and distributed accordingly.
Oversee setup of reception, musicians, or DJ, guest tables, buffet tables, guest book table, bride & grooms photo and easel, cake, favors, food & beverages, seating cards, etc. Confer with entertainment scheduled time line for announcements, grand entrance, toasts, first dance, meal, cake cutting, etc. Execute end of event with all vendors, bride and grooms exit, guest dispersing. Insure that gifts are given to correct persons.
